Due to the artisanal, small-batch nature of our custom-mixed colors, Portola Paints maintains a strict policy to ensure quality and consistency. Please note that all paint, primer, and sealer orders are final sale and cannot be returned once tinted.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is a non-tinted product or tool in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Contact Support
Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack your items securely in their original shipping box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.
Ship and Refund
Send the package back to our Los Angeles warehouse using a tracked carrier; once inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method minus a 20% restocking fee.
